SS-MF-300-FPT250 Hantemp Controls 2-1/2" Size 300, Stainless Steel Male Flange, Female Pipe Thread

The SSFL is a line of stainless steel refrigeration flanges, flange kits, and flange unions for refrigeration valves and piping systems. Flanges presently available in the industry are forged steel which can be welded but are highly susceptible to rusting. The standard location of the flanges in the piping system makes them near-impossible to paint, especially considering surfaces are obstructed by rusting steel nuts and bolts. Plating non-stainless flanges is possible but noxious gases are released from the plating burning during welding, possibly bothering welders.

FEATURES

• Can be properly welded to either stainless steel or ordinary steel piping
• Available from 3/4'' - 3" pipe sizes
• Configurations are 2 or 4 bolt with traditional Henry, Frick, R/S, and Hansen dimensions
• Butt weld, socket weld, or NPT threaded connections
• Flange kits for valves available: includes a pair of male tongue flanges, gasket, stainless steel nuts & bolts, lock washer
• Flange unions available: kits include 1 male tongue and 1 female groove flange, stainless steel bolts, nuts, lock washers and gasket
• Threaded versions are made using single-point threading for tight NPT connections
